Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
We support order modification or cancellation within 12 hours after payment. Please submit a contact request on our page as soon as possible. Once the order enters the shipping preparation process, modification and cancellation will no longer be available.

The delivery time varies by destination:

Do you offer free shipping?

Are your kitchenware and tableware safe to use?
All our products (spoons, bowls, tablecloths, kitchen utensils and other daily household items) are made of safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly materials, which meet international household product safety standards and are suitable for daily family dining and kitchen use.
Are the product colors and sizes consistent with the pictures?
We take real product shots and record detailed size data. Minor color difference may exist due to different display screen light and resolution, and slight manual measurement errors are allowed, which will not affect normal use.

4. Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We support 30-day returns and exchanges. If the products you receive have quality problems, damage or do not match the order, you can apply for return and exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods.
How long does the refund take to process?
After we receive and verify your returned goods, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days. The arrival time of the fund depends on your original payment channel’s processing rules.
Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?
Returns caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors will be fully borne by us. For personal reason returns, customers need to bear the return shipping cost.
